Mr. Clark: Well Jeff, are you all set to fly back to Wisconsin for the holidays tomorrow?
Jeff: Yes, I am but it looks increasingly like the heavy snow isn't going to let me.
Mr. Clark: Oh, right. I've heard it's not going to let up till AFTER Christmas.
You might have to figure out another way to get there.
Jeff: Well, the only other way would be by snowmobile. But I' m not really up for snowmobiling over 800 miles in minus 20-degree* weather!
Mr. Clark: Yes, that wouldn't be my cup of tea, either. Well, I hate to tell you, Jeff, but all this talk of heavy snow and flight cancellations simply doesn't apply to me. I'm staying right here for the holidays.
Jeff: Lucky you.
Mr. Clark: Ho ho ho!

※ minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit = about minus 30 degrees centigrade
